Love the office and down to earth way its run. Dr Kozak has been my primary now for 2 years and done more for me than my past primary in 10 years. His upfront honest yet caring demeanor is refreshing. I may not always like what he has to say but he cares and that's what counts!

Love the staff here! Really look out for you and don't rush you. Answer your questions without making you feel stupid as some Dr's staff can. 5 stars!
