The online ordering process was easy, but that is not what the 5 stars are for. I ordered flowers for a funeral online. Obviously I put the name of the institution where the funeral was being held and it's address on the order. Later that night I realised there had been nowhere to put the time of the funeral. After a small mix up with delivery, I was impressed with a swift and generous response. They were super kind and responsive and went above and beyond to resolve the small issue. The flowers are gorgeous and their customer service is amazing. I’ll definitely be back!
