Dr. Burke is awesome! Ms. Costa as well! I recommended if you’re looking for a neurologist, look no more. Dr. Burke is attentive & listened to all my concerns & has great recommendations on how to fix my concerns. Dr. Burke is always on time which is a huge plus because some doctor offices you’ll be there for hours even with a scheduled appointment . Love the office and staff
First experience was with Mrs. Costa, thorough, friendly and easy to talk to, not common these days with busy medical offices. Dr. Burke was great! He too was thorough, we had a great conversation and he gave me all of the options but did not apply any pressure at all. Was a very positive experience!
Dr. Burke is at the 'top of his game'....just doesn't get any better. His diagnosis and remedy for my problem was spot on.....totally cured. He's a pleasure to talk with, very informative and never rushed. Mrs. Costa, his office medical secretary, is also very pleasant and efficient. She gets the job done with both speed and accuracy. This office leads and excels by example. Other medical offices should take note on the CORRECT WAY to run a practice.
Want because of neuropathy pain in hands and feet. Dr Burke performed tests to confirm diagnoses of neuropathy. Also was having neck pain that was bothering me more. Arranged for MRI and CT scans as well as blood work to see if there was anything correctable that could improve or reduce the neuropathy pain. Also sent me to PT for the neck pain which did improve. Thought Dr Burke was very personable, thorough and patient. Only option for neuropathy is pain meds which I passed on for now. Will try some CBD options for now.

He listens .. he remembers .. he is caring .. he does not pressure one but offers advice. He gets to know his patients and understands them . He has guided me to understand myself.. to realize what I am doing and not doing. I value his guidance beyond all measure and would not hesitate to call if I felt I needed more help.
