Cyrano's Place offers instruction to students ages 5 through adult in the Olympic sport of Fencing. All fencing equipment is provided. Six week introductory semesters offered throughout the year. Classes go through basic skills and use of all three weapons to wet your appetite to learn more! Special programs for Scouting by appt. Very family friendly. Coach Sara has been helpful, attentive, and encouraging even before we came for our first lesson. I've observed her interact with her students and she has a lovely blend of teaching tactics, instilling discipline, and making hard work fun. She has the ability to give kids feedback in a way that disarms then, makes them laugh, and have willingness to try again. And I love that my 11 year old daughter gets to learn from a strong woman
My son is training here and it's been great so far. Lots of good individual instruction in a challenging but fun environment.
Fantastic location to learn and practice the Art and Sport of Fencing. The coaching staff is amazing. Reasonable pricing and very cool atmosphere. LOVE THIS!!!
Great club with fantastic instructors and a terrific owner! My kid has built confidence and a lot of skills over the past three seasons!
Coach Kass is an amazing fencing coach. I watched a semi-private class with two teenagers and an adult. She made the class welcoming and challenging for all age groups. My son has really blossomed under her coaching. I highly recommend trying the 6-week introductory course if you are even considering fencing. You won’t be disappointed.
