I have an old 1960’s Sears Kenmore oven that needed to be serviced. The door came off the hinge and I was worried that it wasn’t fixable due to its age. Rob was easy to reach, drove over 30 minutes to my camp and even though he had his doubts initially, was able to repair the door and give me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Needed a simple repair on my washing machine and was happy to see such great reviews. My husband called to schedule the repair and after getting frustrated by the hemming and hawing on the other line he put me on to speak to him.
