I would give zero stars if I could. Adam didn't show up on time, he was 5 hours late, didn't have the correct items needed to house the koi fish, did only half the job. Put the 35 year old koi's plus the smaller ones back in the pond with just tap water and I found them dead the next morning. Very upsetting to say the least, he did reply to my texts to certain point then just ghosted me. No refund, no call, nothing. Terrible service. Adam keeps taking off my review, so I'll keep posting it back up.

Adam is fantastic, I called him in to do maintenance on a water feature that had not had any love in 5 years. His expertise was vast, he explained the issues and made time to write up my quote that nigh. He was polite, courteous and easy to deal with. I cannot say enough about his work ethic and craftsmanship. When he left, I was incredibly happy, the pond looked better than ever before and the fish were happy because their water was clean and clear.
