I have had the pleasure of working with Jacob Armstrong at this branch and might I add that I tend to be a difficult client I am very particular and usually have very specific requests or complex transactions he is always willing to be patient and work through it with me. Jacob is always professional and kind would highly recommend this branch not only for Jacob but all their friendly staff

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - The level of incompetence at this branch is incredible! The 2 associates had NO idea how to process the sale of a vehicle which had a loan through Cyprus. They sent me away (the buyer) without all the documentation needed despite me asking them for it multiple times (to which they continued to respond with condescension).
