We would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We needed our fireplace looked at after purchasing a new home and were quoted a one-time service fee of $464 over the phone. When the technician arrived, he spent less than 20 minutes looking at the fireplace and then told us the charge would be $230—but never mentioned that this would force us to enroll in a $22/month maintenance plan.
