Jay did a great job cleaning and rearranging the gas logs. AND, most importantly he discovered the basic problem was I had switched the 2 remotes when I replaced the batteries.

Ivan was promptly on time. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the three air conditioning units that were recommended. He answered all my questions and was patience with my confusion, explaining clearly for my understanding. We had a few laughs too. I was comfortable with him.
