Marcellus Ferguson came by on Feb. 13 to service our gas log set that we had purchased from Cyprus Air and was currently not working. Marcellus was very prompt, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the workings of the gas log set. He immediately checked every part that housed alkaline batteries, and noticed that the batteries had corroded. This housing unit had never been service during previous service visits.
