We are working out of town in Manning South Carolina and had a cracked windshield on the way up. We were quoted $1,200 and $700. We called Cypressglass. Cypress glass answered on the first ring and we're very upfront with pricing and gameplan. Quoted us more than $300 less than their competitors. We offered to bring truck to the shop for repairs and he insisted he comes to us so our workday does not get disrupted. We had such a great experience with Cypressglass. We are out of towners, and we're staying at a RV part in Summerton. The gentleman that came was super friendly and easy to do business with. As a person who isn't familiar with the area, when you need a service like this you are kind of vulnerable not knowing the rep in the community but ALL my expectations were blown out of the water.
