The number one place you do not want to rent at all. When the landlord gets bored he will tow your car even if you park in in your parking spot. He did it twice and he had to pay to bring it back twice.
Also wish I can give 0 stars. Horrible management! Do not use for your business, and most importantly do not sign a month to month agreement, the owner is a lawyer and has removed all your basic rights in his contract. After a year and a half of on time payments and after we put 10k repair equity into his building, he decided to raise the rent 42%. Make sure you lawyer up he does illegal stuff often, for example he had water issues with the building and decided to charge people for water against it being included in the leas... read more
Wish I could give zero stars. Garage units, garbage management, garbage experience. Other tenants in the units are super nice people though.
Good clean affordable warehouses for rent. Very happy with them.
