I have lived at Cypress Village for a year and a half. Julie has been very good about responding to my problems. The turnover rate is a little fast but we’re becoming a much better community. We’re getting to know each other to become a good community joy also supports the Girl Scouts of America. And she also is involved very much with the community itself the whole town I really like living here much space than I have ever seen in a apartment.
Nice, clean, and friendly place to stay. Julie is awesome!
Very well run, Office manager friendly and helps with any issues you might have.Very economical,plenty of closet room and bedroom large. Set apart from city life in a very small community of mostly people who enjoy peace and quiet. The river is a beautiful plus..Been a resident for 15 months
If you want a quiet and relaxing feel then this is the place. Julie is very accommodating which makes it even better to be a part of the community.
Great place to stay! I enjoyed it very much my 11 months there (moved out early). My only complaint was the lack of parking space. But I would recommend it to anyone who wants affordable rent with good condition apartments.
