From the day I picked up my application thoughout my staying at Cypress Village Apartments everything went very good. The manager was clear about the application process, including background/credit check, approval/selection process, and timeline of follow-up. Once I was selected, the manager went over my lease and inspected the apartment with me. She is very responsive to maintenance request and I even had to call her at 11:30 at night to come unlock my door for me because I forgot my keys at my dad's house. She got out of ... read more
I have lived at Cypress Village for a year and a half. Julie has been very good about responding to my problems. The turnover rate is a little fast but we’re becoming a much better community. We’re getting to know each other to become a good community joy also supports the Girl Scouts of America. And she also is involved very much with the community itself the whole town I really like living here much space than I have ever seen in a apartment.

Very well run, Office manager friendly and helps with any issues you might have.Very economical,plenty of closet room and bedroom large. Set apart from city life in a very small community of mostly people who enjoy peace and quiet. The river is a beautiful plus..Been a resident for 15 months
If you want a quiet and relaxing feel then this is the place. Julie is very accommodating which makes it even better to be a part of the community.
