Review Title: Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Business I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was so frustrating that I feel obligated to share. From the start, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. I was promised clear communication and orderly planning, and received neither. If I could leave 0 stars I would. There are certain things, as a professional you just do not do. For starters, IF there is a misunderstanding between parties… AT NO POINT should anything be communicated to guests of the event. As a guest, there is no reason why I should be aware of any dispute. To get loud, yell, cuss as a professional is unacceptable. The police were called & quickly sided with the guests hosting the event. This told me everything I needed to know about this venue.

I have attended the Cypress Venue for many events from birthday parties to baby showers to back to school and even a Real Estate seminar. It amazes me how the space can transform each time and how I’m met with great customer service in every instance.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to how poorly this event was handled. I recently attended a baby shower at the Cypress Venue, and what should have been a beautiful, joyful occasion was overshadowed by the owner’s rude and unprofessional behavior. Several guests, including myself, witnessed a major issue unfold right at the entrance of the venue.
