Really needs a gate, for HOA here it's trash really People balcony's be nasty from the road you can see it . Management gotta start holding residents accountable for cleaning and keeping it neat . Broken windows and that store next door the customers drive in front of the entrance of the condos which is the reason bad accidents happen in the area A lot of junkies and sex workers also. The rooms huge though, but that's it

This is the most worst place to live in they tow your car don’t have enough of guest parking and your apartment no matter how many beds and bathroom your rent you’ll only get one parking this is the most ghetto building ever. They have molding A/C is all way messed up and their always shutting off the water in the building , theres constant problems in the elevator, the elevator shuts down and doesn’t work without notice if I could give zero stars I would.

Extremely tow happy. Had a visitor came late late at night and forgot to generate a guest pass. Ok. But why didn't my visitor get a warning? There are several cars with a parking violation sticker sitting in the same parking spot for over a week and nothing gets done. But a first time visitor? Well, tough luck
