I recently worked with this company for the closing of a home I was selling, and it was a horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional. Communication was poor throughout — getting updates was like pulling teeth. They were never proactive in reaching out or resolving issues that held up the process. Anytime there was a delay, they simply blamed someone else instead of taking responsibility or helping move things forward. Would not recommend.
I found them friendly, professional, efficient and accurate.
