If I could select 0 stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever seen or dealt with. We have been lied to and they will not answer their phone and never return phone calls. They've had our tax information since February and still have not filed it with the IRS as of yet. Charged us over a thousand dollars and suposedly didn't charge extra for an extension, but I'm pretty sure it was built into the charge that was paid and processed when we took our information to them.
