Mr Wagner has always been very helpful and kind. He is an excellent tax adviser. We have been working with him for the past 5 years, and will continue for many more.
After 4 months, our taxes still haven’t been submitted. I’ve called and called and just been given the run around with excuse after excuse. We paid $700 in April, it’s now August and our taxes haven’t been submitted. Ridiculous.
I think the service is bit expensive. Every year it goes up.
Second year filing with Cypress Tax Solutions and left with the same satisfaction as the first year. The owner Wagner is very knowledgeable and takes his time to ensure that everything is discussed and covered during the appointment. Comfortable setting with a friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend!
This year is the second year we have used Cypress Tax Solutions. Wagner is clearly very passionate about tax law and helping educate others, especially for investment properties.
