Looks like they had my review removed because they don’t want people to know the truth! So here it is!
Don’t walk, RUN! The owners 6yrs ago charged $450 lot rent and whatever your individual water usage was separately. Sold the park. Then the new owners upped the lot rent to $825, took away all of the amenities. Park manager handed out a bunch of bogus fines and pocketed the money. Claimed water was now part of lot rent to justify the $375 increase, then sold the park. Oh my god this place is awful dude. I did a tour with them for a mobile home and submitted my application (with a $50 fee) that same day. They claim to get back to you within a day but it's been damn near close to a month and every single time I call to inquire about the application, whenever they DO pick up they said they'll "call me back" (they haven't, never had). Pseudonym on account used for privacy
Park Management's really good they do their best to upkeep everything and their employees are top-notch
