Price & service are top notch. Nice to see a vet that cares about their clients animals and pockets. Especially, in a neighbourhood where most vets are standardizing extremely high pricing, I appreciate the affordable cost and service of this vet. Keep up the good work.
I have been going to this clinic with my bengal cat for 4 years and have always had a positive experience at cypress. They are a lot more budget friendly than other clinics and have very competent and friendly doctors and staff. Recently, they have helped me with my cat’s international travel paperwork and have made this complicated process hassle free thanks to their extensive experience.
They were all very kind with me, and gentle with my pet. I appreciated that they were clear about what was required and what was only recommended, and I didn't feel pressured about anything. I appreciate especially that the care was tailored to my pet's lifestyle. Given the increasing cost of everything right now, being able to visit a vet where I know that they're going to recommend only what is in the best interest of my pet, and not try to upsell or upcharge, is so important.
I love Cypress St Animal Hospital! They have taken great care of my cat ever since he was a kitten. I especially appreciate that their veterinarians are so honest about appropriate care - I always feel that I’m receiving accurate and reasonable advice for my cat, and when he had a urinary blockage their help was wonderful. He’s been perfectly healthy ever since recovering from the blockage (several years ago now!) thanks to their care ❤️
