I don’t bring my pets here for full veterinary care, but I regularly stop in to pick up over-the-counter supplies. Every visit has been smooth and pleasant, and the team is always welcoming. Vanessa in particular has been amazing—she’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes out of her way to help me find exactly what I need. She makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Even though I’m only in for food or other supplies, I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt genuinely welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The doctor was absolutely fantastic—patiently answering all our questions and putting our minds at ease while handling a complex surgery for our beloved pet. Their professionalism, compassion, and expertise made a stressful situation so much easier. All in all, it was a truly positive experience, and we highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking exceptional care for their animals.
Dr. Pramod Ralh is very knowledgeable as he explains in vey detail and satisfies with his explanation about any concerns that we go in with. Our Tyson has always felt nervous going to vets but coming to clinic has given us a huge relief as he wag his tail throughout the way and in the clinic. What a satisfying visit. Thank you to the entire team.
I would say they are highly professional in their job. We got our pet cured by them perfectly. Their prices are very genuine. Highly recommended and best animal hospital in Vancouver.
