I can’t say enough good things about Cypress Street Animal Hospital! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about animals. They treated my dog like family and made him feel so comfortable, which was a huge relief since he usually gets anxious at the vet. The clinics new management change has restored it to being a place of warmth and care. It felt clean, friendly and efficient and I was reassured by how Dr Ralh explained everything, even simple things with clarity. Incredible turnaround.
