Long story short, the location has dramatically changed. We have been going there for years... but as of the last month or two,, Dr. Russell has sold the business and Dr. Collier has left. This past week, we had a sick cat and brought her in... this was on a Wednesday. We sat in the waiting room from 8:30am till at least 1pm before being brought to an examination room. Dr. Collier is amazing. She treated my Charlie like it was her own dog. She is very knowledgeable. She literally told me everything I need to know, good and bad about my dog's condition. I was crying inside, but appreciated her candid yet caring approach.
