Launch time was set for 8:30, we arrived at 8:15 to check in and we did not leave until almost 9. When we got back to the pick up location we called to let them know and it was almost an hour before they got there. We had actually started to try to walk back by that point. Had to call again and remind them we were there. I can’t say I recommend this company. The spring itself was amazing and we had a great time out there, I would just recommend using a different company to get out there.

Had a mixup with dates and they were very accommodating. Had a great day trip. Highly suggest calling the number on the map when you are on the way to be picked up. Highly suggested and will come back!
We rented two single kayaks. One had a hole in the back, on the bottom. We didn’t realized this until we were about to leave the springs and my kayak had taken on a lot of water. I called the office and asked for someone to come get me. Their rescue boat was still in the shop so I was on my own unless I wanted to wait around for them to bring me a second kayak.
