All spec homes. No 3 car garage option. Houses are on top of each other. Sales staff wasn't very friendly. I purchased my new home with plenty of options and build designs from Chesapeake homes in the Willows and we are happy.
Smooth closing, love the layout and exterior of the home. Quick walk to pool and mail box. Had a few small issues that were corrected in the first year. Great neighbors. Fast access to local beaches!
