Found a house we loved in the Cypress Ridge Community. Sales person was great a very knowledgeable and we were excited to move forward with the purchase. On the walk through with construction manager found lots of cosmetic issue.We were overwhelmed so decided to get a home inspection. The inspector however found structural issues so closing was extended to get them fixed. Construction manager was sent the findings we were told they would be fixed by closing.
