Fine outdoor storage with an incredibly adept and skilled manager who operates the forklift like a concert pianist. Also, the least expensive monthly rates (surprising, actually, considering the fineness of the area) you're going to find for many, many, many miles around! Only problem is nobody leaves, so the waiting list is years in arrears. Significant lack of rodents is an additional benefit!!! P.S.: Multiple super-cute Cats available for adoption.
