4 months after my move out, and I'm still fighting to get my security deposit back. Nothing was wrong once I left, and I was sent an email confirming the amount that was being sent to me. Suddenly I can't seem to get in contact with anyone, and their office looks like they just moved... or are getting ready to move. Probably not a good sign.☹
They won't fix issues without a complaint. Serious issues like sewage draining in the yard. I have a trailer manager by them in Radcliff and have waited 3 years or longer for some issues to be corrected. The issues that have been dealt with have just been band- aided.
