Tennis court is unplayable, basketball hoop is in disrepair. They haven’t fixed the dock in ages. From what I can discern the last HOA made some terrible financial decisions they’re still recovering from. We had family stay in the “guest house” and it smelled of rotten eggs, couldn’t shower or drink water. Will re-review in a year or so and see what’s changed if anything.
So quit and peaceable, and very friendly atmosphere.
