The staff is very kind and caring!
After being told to come by their answering service I was denied care, in pain shortness of breath and I literally told Melissa Howell that I felt as if I was dying and because of it being 5 o’clock although we had been in the office since 4:45 and was told to go there after explaining that I was yelled at by the owner and PA and the glass door was slammed in my face! I called to make an appt. today with Malinda only to sadly learn she is no longer practicing here! The office would not disclose any information. Can anyone shed some light on if or where she may be practicing? Thanks.
OMG! I can't believe that I found Malinda after all these years and through a random FB click! She was the best nurse practitioner EVER! She is the reason I managed to make it through one of the worst health experiences of my life. She listened and was patient and talked me through every step of the entire ordeal. Although it was one of the roughest experiences of my life, Malinda was a Godsend. I don't know if I would have mentally made it through without her along the way.
