Notified them I needed repair on work they completed and they sent someone to confirm. They said they needed to order the parts and after numerous missed appointments and phone calls still waiting. They no loner answer my calls, text or emails.
Highly recommend that you give them a call. Responsive 24 hour service and great customer service.
I have used Cypress plumbing a couple times now. I gotta say Mike, Evan and the others who helped with my hot water tank and attic piping were polite, professional and most of all arrived on time. Highly recommend.
They followed through and were true to what they said. I appreciate their effort and time.
