Review after four months living. When we moved in, the intercom wasn't working. They fixed that after three months when some of the residents complained because delivery services couldn't leave packages inside the building. After one month the air conditioner started leaking. They fixed that leaking after three weeks, then made a patch to fill that big hole on the ceiling after one month and a half. RecommendedI've only lived here a short time but loving it so far. I love Elk Grove anyway and this is a good fit for me. The staff has been helpful and friendly. There's a fitness center I really need to utilize more! Pretty quiet overall and nice neighborhood setting.
I absolutely LOVE this complex. It’s safe, quiet, has beautiful grounds and most importantly, the leasing agents are wonderful. I highly recommend living here.
They just upgraded all the buildings to new Commercial Grade Washers & Dryers. Free workout room. The on premises office staff is there 7 days a week. Some of the buildings feature elevators. Also we have a dog and the public park is across the street.

Near Churches, Schools, and a Water Park! Grounds are kept and the Administrative staff is friendly and efficient.
Great neighborhood. Complex is well maintained. The front office staff are friendly and extremely helpful. One of the best places to rent in the area!
