Review after four months living. When we moved in, the intercom wasn't working. They fixed that after three months when some of the residents complained because delivery services couldn't leave packages inside the building. After one month the air conditioner started leaking. They fixed that leaking after three weeks, then made a patch to fill that big hole on the ceiling after one month and a half.
