Do not listen to all the couched reviews of this place. Staff like Jose are the best, but the property manager or management company is easily some of the worst. Cypress Park Apartments has you pay a premium for things like pest control that is non-existent, most of the facilities are always closed and in disrepair including the washing machines, and they even installed cameras in the community room to watch residents. This doesn't even take into account the ongoing issues with the pipes and sometimes our water comes out bro... read more

I wish to give 5+ stars to Valerie Brooks, the amazing on-site property manager at Cypress Park Apartments. She is professional, polished, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, flexible, caring and above all, genuinely kind. Me and my family moved to Cypress back in October and I can say my experience with Cypress Park Apartments is absolutely amazing. The manager is very helpful and friendly. The service is very timely and efficient. This is my first time renting an apartment in the state of California and it is a very positive experience for me and my family. Cypress Park Apartments is located in a very child friendly neighborhood and the amenities are very awesome. My kids love the pool and the gym facilities.
My daughter and I have lived here going on two years. It's a quiet, nice, and clean complex in a good neighborhood. There has not been any type of drama at all in our time of residency. Valerie (manager) and Jose (maintenance) are always pleasant and attentive to tenant needs. We are happy to be here.
