Excellent open and prompt communication, service, openness, and great quality of vehicle. John explained everything thoroughly and showed us all of the new features of the truck. He drove the truck to us to test drive it and delivered it to us upon purchase. Dealer was open to negotiating the price. The whole experience was positive!
