I had a really bad experience with Cypress Fords and want to share it so others don’t go through the same thing. We bought a truck from them that ended up needing over $3,000 in parts and 14 hours of labor almost immediately after getting it home. None of those issues were mentioned beforehand, which they absolutely should’ve been. 10 out of 10 Service, I came in at lunch time and the reception was on lunch. The Sales staff helped me find what I was looking for, even though Lunch was on they dropped everything to help. I can’t wait to pick up the Ford Expedition at 2:00pm today :)
Had some issues with a truck I just bought. The sales manager Mike Burns was excellent to deal with. They resolved the problem within 30 minutes. Would definitely buy again there
