So my car had a coolant leak that started slow about a week ago and over the past few days has progressed pretty badly and I've been putting in a jug of antifreeze a day which gets expensive. I am so pleased with Cypress mobile services. My alternator went out and I was in desperate need being that it was my only vehicle with two small children. The receptionist Joy Was very quick and responsive. I was able to get serviced at a decent time And work was completed less than an hour. Matthew was amazing and very knowledgeable in his work. I will definitely be saving them as a contact in my phone. They now have a client for life. Thank you again Cypress Mobile Service.
Matthew is best mechanic EVER! I made several calls to mechanics I had googled and when I spoke to Matthew, he was very personable...customer service was very professional and he was very knowledgeable of my mechanical needs. I have used Matthew twice for my BMWs and both times he perfected the mechanical issues with his expertise and with a sense of urgency. Matthew is truly a God sent mechanic in my life.
I can’t say enough about my experience. I was in Houston for my son’s basketball tournament. My car starting acting up the minute we arrived at the hotel. I searched for a mobile mechanic and I was blessed to find Matthew. Not only was he prompt, but he made sure I was up and running the same night. All of the glowing reviews are absolutely true. Let me tell you, Matthew has the most integrity of ANY business owner I have ever given my money to. I am an absolute cynic and I was giving up hope that any honest businesses (people for that matter) existed. Communication was great and like many of the other reviewers say, he actually walked me through everything he was doing...with a smile...AND a wicked sense of humor. Anyway, as long as Matthew will have me and my family, he has customers for life. 10 stars!
