As far as the park goes, it's a decent place. Quiet tenants, most homes are in good shape. But as far as the owner and management, best to not waste your time or money. He won't fix anything until absolutely necessary. If you complain he'll just tell you to leave. There's no maintenance worker or anyone to call if there's an emergency. He charges way too much for late fees. He never returns a security deposit, he'll jack up the charges so he doesn't have to pay it because it doesn't sit in a separate account like they claim.... read more

Every time I call the phone goes to a fax. Very annoying.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Another tenant put there hands on me and the landlord did nothing to help the situation.. the slumlord will go weeks before fixing anything and God forbid something stops working because you will have to pay to fix it. I lived here for 4 years and I was never late or missed any payments but constantly got eviction notices just because the slumlord is in a bad mood. I 100% recommend finding somewhere else to stay.. I am so sorry for anyone that has to deal with this man..
