Worst place I have ever lived! There is no real management or anyone to help you, the owner is barely around and when he is around he is very verbally abusive towards his tenants, workers (when there is one) and even the tenants company. There are so many things wrong with this place and one of those being roach infested and offering no help to control or get rid of them. Another issue is black mold among other mold issues. As far as the park goes, it's a decent place. Quiet tenants, most homes are in good shape. But as far as the owner and management, best to not waste your time or money. He won't fix anything until absolutely necessary. If you complain he'll just tell you to leave. There's no maintenance worker or anyone to call if there's an emergency. He charges way too much for late fees. He never returns a security deposit, he'll jack up the charges so he doesn't have to pay it because it doesn't sit in a separate account like they claim.... read more
