Every time I call the phone goes to a fax. Very annoying.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Another tenant put there hands on me and the landlord did nothing to help the situation.. the slumlord will go weeks before fixing anything and God forbid something stops working because you will have to pay to fix it. I lived here for 4 years and I was never late or missed any payments but constantly got eviction notices just because the slumlord is in a bad mood. I 100% recommend finding somewhere else to stay.. I am so sorry for anyone that has to deal with this man..
Current on rent a due to me filling a 7 day notice to get repairs done landlord filed eviction. I paid the court house the entire time up to the day I moved out. My son was hospitalized from mold. Still no repairs got done. This place is horrible I do not recommend this park. Needs to be shut down
