We were referred by a family friend to Cypress after a devastating tornado that ended up being the easiest claim having lived in SWLA with hurricanes and Having worked in the insurance industry for a very long time. Prompt and very through with the mold inspection. He discussed what he was looking for at each step, and how he was carrying out the process. Answered all of my questions in detail.
The roof on our house was “repaired” before we moved in by someone else who did not correctly repair the flashing. Because of this we had wind driven rain that led to water damage in our bathroom.
