We have the best possible bldg manager now that Breta is here. She has been very helpful and consistent. She takes pride in the community grounds. By far the right person for this property. Additionally, we have the best bldg maintenance guy Stephen, who is training a new colleague. He knows his job and has the perfect personality for it. These are big reasons to live here.
Any time I’ve had a question about ,my account, maintenance issue etc Breta responds quickly and follows through until everything is resolved. She keep the community well-maintained and make sure everything runs smoothly—from organizing community updates to handling any concerns with professionalism and kindness.
