Had them install a cradal on my newly built dock because the company that built dock didn't do cradal they were supose to leave my new stap and wight but they took them called several time the said they would replace them at nearly a year later still no staps or waits tried calling they don't answer phone to replace strap and waits it will cost over 5 hundred dollar what a rip off
I stopped by on Saturday morning Memorial weekend and visited with the owner Larry Smith. I told him I needed help resetting my ez dock poles that had been removed for construction. He and a crew came over to my house that afternoon and reset my dock. Impressive!
I have called (all of their listed numbers) and emailed numerous times over the past couple of months. In the past, they have been great to do business with. Now they are unresponsive. Assuming they are out of business.
