We really like it here, but we need to have the lawn service cut the grass. I am over 75 and .have had to weed whip our yard three times, and when the service mows they hit my new down spout, yes I know but we pay for the service and it must be the low bidder?? Last year was much better. We have called the office without any results and another resident called Corporate with the same issue only to get a pat on the head. The property is beautiful. The lot rent is VERY high and goes up 5% per year. People are priced out very quickly.
We have lived in this community for 19 yrs. Both of us love it here and hope to never leave. There is so much to do here but honestly we do not take advantage of it all. We are 45 minutes from Disney and spend a lot of time there. The community is a great place to travel from. We take trips and always know that our home is safe in our gated community. Everyone looks out for each other. The wildlife is amazing. Our kids love coming here to visit. We truly have a more active and quality of life than we did in Western NY.
Regarding the review left by William about having the curb address numbers painted, I know William as having spent his life serving his country and community as a veteran and police officer. It's shameful that the HOA can't respond to his inquiry about getting the curb numbers painted for 911 headlight visibility at half price. Is there even anyone representing the HOA that responds to these reviews?
I live here. Still loving my honeymoon period. Golf courses are top notch. Ammenities are resort level. Only downside is high lot rent. Its high now and can only go up from here. Will hang in as long as we can.
