Took my car in for oil change & tire rotation at 8AM. Went back to get it at 3:45 pm and they hadn't touched it. WSted my whole day. Don't ever go there. Inept and incompetent people.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Unprofessional and poor mechanical repair and customer service. Car needed differential assembly/module replaced. After two weeks they said the parts were replaced and the car was tested and safe to drive back to Ohio. Charged over $3000 only to have the car start to break down within an hour after I picked it up with warning lights and speedometer running in circles. They lost our keys to the car and when we called trying to get the replacement they told us they’d give us, they said they were gonna call the cops for harrasment.
They fixed my car but lost my key no big deal they said they’d get me another one it’s been 6 months and no key. Also pretty sure someone here stole my AirPods I always left them in my car for when I go to the gym and they disappeared after this. I would rate negative if I could absolute worst experience with a mechanic they seem nice but don’t trust them with $h!T.
