Cypress homeowners coverage, deductibles and premiums are all very competitive with other carriers. I had no issues with Cypress until I filed a claim for Hail Damage. The claim was submitted 27July22, since then I've had one inspector come to document the damage and he promised we would get a report soon. It's now 19Sep22 and I have yet to see a report. It's a no from me. My insurance went up OVER $1,000 and I wasn't notified before hand! I kept trying to figure out why my mortgage payment went up, and finally got in contact with the company and they informed me of how much it went up! I'm looking for a new home owners insurance company right now!
