Very unprofessional they don’t call or contact you about changes with your policy I would stay away from these people bad business beware!!! if I could give them zero stars I would.
The very worse trucking insurance company to ever exist! Please take your business elsewhere, save yourself a headache. Very poor communication skills. Poor customer service. Misleading information.
They seemed very friendly and I really liked them but I was quoted a policy and I still had some questions, so I called and talked to a very nice girl, but it seemed she was a little confused about the pricing quote I was given.I really need some assistance and I was told that they would call back later that day but that didn't happen. After I got my policy, I needed to make changes... I couldn't get anyone on the phone for a month... When I made the changes, I lowered my coverage but my premium went thru the roof...
These guys are like long distance family now ! Very helpful and informative for beginners in the trucking industry! Olori Lanes has flourished because of you and I am so thankful! I recommend them to everyone! They are fast and very responsive!
