Cypress HomeCare has been absolutely amazing! When my mom developed some vertebral fractures this winter we started with Sofia three days a week to help both my mom and dad. She has taken care of them and their home like they were family! When my mom broker her hip recently, we moved to 24/7 care for my dad. Renee and her team made that transition seamlessly with even more kind, gentle caregivers. Cypress has helped us through a very difficult time with understanding and compassion! Our family is very grateful.

A friend referred me to Cypress Home Care several years ago when my father-in-law needed assistance with everyday activities following a surgery. We started with several full days per week and gradually increased to round the clock care for about 18 months. The office and support staff was way more than efficient. Our caregiver Katrina (kat) is absolutely amazing. We keep a kosher home and, although Kat is not Jewish, she is very respectful of our kitchen. She is also a self starter. She knows exactly what we need and she does it without prompting. She does not stand around waiting for instructions. She is always available to take us wherever we need to go and is a great driver. She is also a very pleasant person.
