Cypress health and wellness is a great office. I see Nurse Practitioner Jamie Melancon who is very caring personable and professional. The staff there are also super friendly and helpful!
Jamie Melancon is the best NP I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding of my medical concerns. She thoroughly explains everything and never rushes you, making sure she has answered any and all of your questions. I usually have a little bit of anxiety at doctor's appointments, but nurse Shanice and Jamie Melancon are so relatable and easy to talk to that I feel so comfortable when I am there.
