This place was fantastic! Very small menu and had small expectations but it delievered. My wife and i got the hangar steak and the pepperoni pizza and i have not been more impressed. There was limited room but Corri waited us upstairs and i did not wait for anything she was prompt polite and punctual. Will definantly be back for more!
Dinner here with family while visiting New Bern was excellent. We had a 7:30 p.m. reservation, and our waitress, Samantha, was absolutely spectacular. She was professional, genuinely gracious and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Awesome dining experience at Cypress Hall. Spicy chicken sandwich was extremely good. Pookum's had the margarita pizza and absolutely loved it. Great food and nice atmosphere.
Im not normally one to write reviews but 1st off the food was PHENOMENAL!!! I would 10000% say that they have the beat food ever!! There brisket burger was out of this world!! The Strawberry cake they had AMAZING!! Truly the best ever, i highly recommend it!! And above all else the Service, timing and hospitality was outworldly! We had Adam as our servor and he gave the best service Ive had in a lonnngg time!! He truly went above and beyond in making mine and my boyfriends date night go amazingly!! HE DESERVES A RASIE
