I'm writing regarding the recent $1,400 in repairs I authorized and paid for based on your diagnosis of my 2016 Chevy Impala. I paid $1,400 to Imran Asad, at Firestone Auto Care 625 Timberdale Ln, Houston, TX 77090 for mechanical repairs on my vehicle. Despite full payment, the mechanical issues were not resolved. I returned to the business, but they failed to properly fix the problem or refund the amount paid after improperly misdiagnosing the vehicle. We’ve also never had a company to tell us “go put a couple 100 miles on the vehicle and it’ll fix it self” after the repairs were paid for. I do not recommend this franchise owned by Imran Asad. Honestly this location deserves 0 stars. The communication and game they run on customers (the people who keep them in business). I took my 2014 Pathfinder to them they told me I needed a whole new transmission. Cool, priced transmissions and Irman gave me a price for $3900. I saved money, contacted them wanting to pay half, and was told it was $4400. That for me raised a red flag. I hung up with them and called around.
