CFAH is the best! Dr Menzie is an amazing veterinarian with incredible patience, even with the most difficult pets. Heidi (my Maltese) loves the attention she gets when she goes there from the minute she walks in until she struts out. She feels like she owns the place! Great job, Dr Menzie and everyone at CFAH!
My senior dog just had her first visit here and everyone was wonderful. From the front desk to the assistant, and the doctor, all were very kind and explained everything to me thoroughly. Pricing is fair and transparent. We had been with Banfield for years but the prices were too high and it didn’t feel personable so we’re very happy to be switching our care to this facility!
My dog recently got very ill. I called at 4pm to see if they would see my dog as a new patient. Carol at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The doctor was not able to fit her but gave me instructions which was very nice. I had called another Vet clinic and the only thing they told me was to go to the ER because the Vet could not see her. They were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday even though they were booked. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. They have definitely earned a new patient!
I can depend on everyone being very kind and thorough with the visit.
