Very efficient and kind staff. No wait and lots of patience.
Went there for a covid test and an antigen test. No wait. Very clean and the staff is very friendly.
I was basically asked to pay a deposit of 250 bucks because they were unable to verify my insurance when my husband was literally there a while ago and refused to see my sick child, this is only after I filled out paperwork and provided them with my insurance. I could tell the nurse just did not want to be bothered at that time. Luckily for my sick child I was able to go to another ER where he received immediate treatment. BTW no deposit.
From check in to room assignment, front desk to back office..ATTENTIVE, POLITE, INTUITIVE, INFORMATIVE and AMAZING!! The staff appears to love their jobs and their patients. I say this because I didn't notice anyone that appeared distracted or without energy. I felt like a priority. My nurse, ex-ray tech and physician's bedside mannerisms were exceptional. I've been in healthcare administration for almost 12 years and am OCD with my healthcare treatment, etc. They surpassed my expectations! I give them a 100
