Before purchasing an RC built home make sure to get a home inspection during the build process, their build quality is sub par, the trades people they use are incompetent and cut corners just to get the home built as fast as possible. The material used for the build is poor quality. The quality control doesn’t exist and you the buyer will be doing the QC with warranty claims which I had at least 15 claims. Their sales person Maddie H. is full of misinformation and is no better than the trades people RC hires.
Maddie is perfect but houses are not good. Everything falling apart in couple months very poor quality built houses.

I DO NOT recommend this builder. Materials used are sub par, contractors are sub par. Unlike a previous post, don’t be fooled I've been in my RC home for 12 months and have regretted it since day one.Purchasing the home was a bad experience and a lot of disinformation from Maddie their sales person ,I have now opened 20 warranty claims in 12 months!!
