I've lived here for nearly three years. Excellent place. Quiet, clean, and friendly. Landlord is on property and responds quickly if there is an issue. I wouldn't leave if I wasn't moving out of state. Highest recommendation.
I lived in Cypress Cove Cottages from 2000 to 2024. I liked that all utilities are included in the rent and free WIFI. Since I was there Rick made many upgrades to the Cottages. All new roofs, all new energy efficient windows, replaced all the AC in 2023 and 2024, and the place is very quiet and peaceful. Nothing but great memories there. If I ever return from my retirement in the Philippines, I'll go right back there and again. I will stop by and see my friends that live there on my vacations back to the US.
Good place for the first year then the landlord goes month to month to evict you when he seems fit. Degrading plumbing causing flies to crawl out your drains electrical that couldn't pass a inspection in 1990 and some of the units flood. Oh and don't forget that the 'provided' internet gets average 10 Mbps if it's even working, with no option to get your own provider RENT AT OWN RISK
