I really appreciated how fast communication is in the office. I could cancel and reschedule pretty easily. The only reason I couldn’t give this a 5 is because I wanted a more prompt provider. Anamaria was great during the sessions but almost every session, she was 3-5+ minutes late. I never received a “sorry I’m late” and we always ended exactly at 53 minutes (a billable hour according to insurance). It doesn’t sound like a lot but over the course of 10 sessions that’s about 30-50+ minutes lost. I was only late once due to t... read more
Avoid. Would have given 5 stars when I started a year ago. My therapist left the practice. The criteria I asked for in a replacement was not considered after repeatedly telling staff. Staff and ownership feel that hanging up on clients is acceptable practice while rationally discussing practice issues. Ownership Hannah specifically seemed very indifferent to the issues that Ive had, offering no apology for staff failure that negatively impacted me.
