Easy to schedule online, available within the same week, and they didn't lie to me despite having every opportunity to do so (and they would have made more money with me none the wiser). So yes, I will be returning and will recommend them to others
Probably some of the nicest car dealers I've worked with. Past experiences with other car dealers gave me "dealership anxiety" these guys don't deliver that vibe. They're very friendly, understanding and very chill. Maybe it's just Subaru dealerships? I highly recommend them
I can’t say enough great things about Cypress Coast Subaru’s Service Center, especially working with Mr. Ibarra at the customer service counter. Moving a lot means we have to find quality service centers every few years, and this place is top notch from the customer service to the quality of their work. I recently had to have all four tires replaced somewhat unexpectedly, and they got me taken care of so incredibly quickly and efficiently.
