New Subaru Outback Touring XT - Love the Car Overall; Excellent help from Max salesman; However never received military or teacher discount; The car detailing was pitiful (seems all they did was take off stickers) you could actually see the outline from the windshield, huge arm print left on windshield; windows not cleaned inside at all; service desk is not helpful; they don't make the effort to give descent service; Overpriced compared to San Jose and Bay Area;
The team at Cypress that services cars is absolutely amazing. After having my car at a local shop for 2 weeks, they still had not diagnosed what was wrong with my car and had taken the whole thing apart. They quoted me a $1500 repair that might not work, and at that point I decided to call Cypress Coast. Immediately Jacob and the other guys on the team were amazing and so kind. Wow, this place exceeded my expectations! I'm always worried about taking my vehicles to the dealership trying to fix something under warranty based on experiences over the years. These guys were top-notch and went above and beyond to fix things that I didn't know about (also covered under warranty). Even though I bought this Subaru Ascent from another location, they were extemely professional and I am confident in bringing it back there if any other problems arise.
