I went to see James for a bad back that kept me from running over 1 mile for the last 8 years. He got me to a point I was comfortably running 3-5 miles at a time. After that I then had open heart surgery that completely crippled me. I couldn't even do a push-up for the first 8 months. He helped me recover from that as well. I love that place because he cares so much and is a lot of fun to talk to. In fact, since I quit seeing him I haven't been able to get anywhere near that kind of shape.
