The exit gate is extremely small and is not suitable for older residents or larger vehicles such as trucks. This will create unnecessary difficulty and safety concerns for residents trying to exit the property with the new process that will take effect. In addition, I have experienced ongoing issues with the gate transponder system. I’ve been living in this association for almost 20 years and as the years go by, this place is just getting worse and worse. The association is very indecisive about the gate system which is causing the owners money again and again. I paid for a transponder for my vehicle, which they provided to me but it didn’t work (seems to always be the issues with most of it) so Dennis (who’s in charge of this area) provided me a temporary transponder until he can figure out why the original one won’t work.
